2020

Collaborated with international tungsten steel manufacturers to develop fine-grain, high wear-resistant tungsten steel materials to meet the evolving needs of PCB composite boards and extending the lifespan of router bits.

2019

Successfully mass-produced and introduced micro-diameter tungsten steel punches for semiconductor lead frame molds from multiple clients.

2018

Achieved ISO 9001:2015 (CNS12681:2016) certification.

2017

Utilized self-produced high-precision automated grinding machines to serve a diverse customer base, offering various custom high-precision grinding services.

2016

Leveraged equipment production and tool development advantages for vertical integration with upstream raw material suppliers, increasing sales of industrial tungsten steel rods and expanding tungsten steel processing.

Recognized with the 2016 Dun & Bradstreet SME Elite Award by the global Dun & Bradstreet database.

2015

Developed the high-class step-grinding equipment JS-300CNC-P5-3D, capable of handling extremely small diameters, high aspect ratios, and high precision within 0.002mm.

2014

Partnered with the Germany MAAG Corporation to develop and produce plastic pelletizer and large-scale CNC four-axis grinding machines, and successfully selling them worldwide.

2013

Developed automatic wheel dresser and small five-axis machines, fully integrating all production process equipment to better meet customer needs at once.

2012

Successfully implemented a professional cutting tool front-end production plan, launching automatic cut-off machines, automatic chamfering machines, rough router bits grinders, and developed the JS-200CNC-P3-2D, positioning the company as a full-process cutting tool production expert, providing customers with a full range of cutting tool manufacture utensils and fully integrate cutting tool front-end processing equipment to meet customer needs at once.

2011

Developed CNC automatic cut-off machines, CNC automatic chamfering machines, rough router bit grinders, and the JS-150CNC-P3-2D, fully integrating front-end production equipment.

2010

Collaborated with Australian CNC automation company ANCA Motion, introducing PC-based human-machine interfaces to significantly enhance system stability and operational convenience.

2009

Merged and expanded facilities in Taiwan and China, achieving a total PCB router bit production capacity of 1.8 million units.
Developed self-made tools and obtained ISO 9001:2008 (CNS12681) certification.

2008

Successfully passed verification by multiple Japanese customers, and PCB router bits and end mills were verified by Korean and European customers.

2007

Acquired official product brand and equipment technology transfer from Japan and the US.
Obtained ISO 9001:2000 (CNS12681) certification.

2006

In response to PCB customer Tripod's westward expansion to China, established company based in Wuxi for producing PCB router bits and selling CNC machines.

Achieved ISO 14001:2004 certification.


2005

Monthly production capacity exceeded 700,000 units, planning to reach 1,000,000 units by the end of the year.

2004

BGA router bits were recognized and started delivery to several full-process company like Camel Precision and Tripod, with business and quality acknowledged by customers.

2003

Developed and mass-produced 0.5mm BGA router bits. Expanded equipment to reach a capacity of 400,000 units due to increased business.

2002

Obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification and developed various end mills and two flutes end mills for PCBs.

2001 Established the PCB Router R&D department, conducting cutting tool research, development, and production process determination. Carried out batch trial production, customer testing, and verification. Developed and produced CB router bits.
2000

Officially registered and established Startech Company. Partnered with renowned JACKMILL Machinery Company. Heavily invested in production and inspection equipment.
