Tungsten Carbide (WC) forms the hard phase, comprising 70% to 97% of the composition.

Cobalt (Co) acts as the binder, comprising 3% to 27% of the composition.

Tungsten Carbide is one of the hardest and most wear-resistant metals. It has impact resistance,
deformation resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and high pressure
resistance, making it suitable for handling the hardest materials.
