CB router bit, also known as CB thread router bit, is made from wear-resistant super-hard tungsten carbide steel material. It is specially designed to emphasize routing performance, with a large routing edge angle and finely overlapping teeth, suitable for one-time processing and molding. It provides better edge quality compared to pineapple router bits.

It can be utilized for single-sided, double-sided, or multi-layer printed circuit board materials, and it is particularly effective for routing copper foil substrates and fine wire patterns like PCB gold fingers, etc.

The two flutes endmill is made from wear-resistant super-hard tungsten carbide steel material, specially designed with a focus on the routing edge (Rake) angle and large chip clearance slots, significantly enhancing sharpness and chip evacuation efficiency.

It is suitable for routing highly ductile metal sheets such as copper, aluminum, or aluminum-copper alloys, and also applicable for fine slot forming processes in PBGA/BGA/CSP and IC substrate applications.

Also known as a pineapple router bit, the pineapple router bit is made from wear-resistant super-hard tungsten carbide steel material. It is designed to prioritize the flute life and chip evacuation efficiency. It can be catagorized into two types: upward and downward chip evacuation methods.
It is suitable for most circuit board edge forming or slotting processes (FR-4, FR-5, BT), and other substrates.

The milling cutter is made from wear-resistant super-hard tungsten carbide steel material, designed to enhance typical router bit. It effectively  de-burrs from circuit boards and can be used for edge refining. It offers both upward and downward chip evacuation methods and is suitable for high-demand surface processing of circuit board materials.
