CB router bit, also known as CB thread router bit, is made from wear-resistant super-hard tungsten carbide steel material. It is specially designed to emphasize routing performance, with a large routing edge angle and finely overlapping teeth, suitable for one-time processing and molding. It provides better edge quality compared to pineapple router bits.

It can be utilized for single-sided, double-sided, or multi-layer printed circuit board materials, and it is particularly effective for routing copper foil substrates and fine wire patterns like PCB gold fingers, etc.
