CVD Diamond Coated Router Bit
Two-Flute Endmill is designed with an optimized routing angle and enlarged chip evacuation space, delivering superior sharpness and highly efficient chip removal.
The diamond-coated structure forms an extremely hard film on the cutting edge, delivering outstanding wear resistance and making it ideal for machining high-hardness materials. These bits minimize tool wear, maintain consistent product dimensions, and reduce the need for frequent adjustments—saving both labor and time.
It is commonly applied to ductile metal-based boards such as copper, aluminum, and aluminum-copper alloys, as well as PCB materials including CEM-3, FR-2, FR-3, PTFE, Aramide, Prepregs, IMS, and laminates with ceramic fillers.
